about lara seago

'Let food be thy medicine'

Lara is passionate about getting to the root cause of health complaints by digging deep to identify underlying imbalances via a range of private diagnostic testing, clinical experience and thorough client consultations.  This information is then used to put together an appropriate nutrition and lifestyle plan, tailored to the needs of each client to support improved wellness and regained vitality, helping you to achieve your goals.

Lara recognises the value of mainstream medicine but offers diagnostic testing and an approach that is not available via the NHS.  Some of those less black and white conditions like hormone imbalances, digestive issues or chronic fatigue often hugely benefit from further investigation, a functional medicine approach and tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice.

Lara prides herself in being down to earth, approachable and realistic, making sure recommendations are achievable for each individual client and their personal circumstances.

Lara works with a wide range of conditions, but specialises in supporting women through all life stages, including hormone balancing, digestive issues, weight loss, stress and fatigue.

Lara is experienced in clinical practice, having run her own private practice for several years.  Lara is also an expert nutrition and lifestyle content writer, regularly writing clinical guides for other practitioners, as well as blogs and articles for a number of publications.

Lara regularly delivers retreats and workshops on a range of topics and offers a tailored workshop service.
