AUTOIMMUNE HEALTH
General nutritional and lifestyle support alongside appropriate medical care.
If you are living with a medically diagnosed autoimmune condition, you may want support with your overall nutrition, eating patterns and wellbeing alongside the care you receive from your medical team.

WHEN A DIAGNOSIS DOES NOT ANSWER EVERY DAY-TO-DAY QUESTION
A medical diagnosis can explain an important part of what is happening, but it may not answer every practical question about food, nutritional adequacy, energy, digestion or sustainable eating habits.
I do not claim that nutritional therapy treats, reverses or cures autoimmune disease. Instead, I provide individualised nutritional and lifestyle support within my professional scope, taking your diagnosis, medications, medical advice and wider health history into account.
Where symptoms change or require medical management, your GP or specialist remains the appropriate point of care.
AREAS WE MAY EXPLORE:
+ Balanced and nutritionally adequate eating
+ Protein and micronutrient intake
+ Digestive wellbeing and dietary tolerance
+ Energy-supporting eating patterns
+ Maintaining dietary variety
+ Sleep, stress and lifestyle foundations
+ Reviewing existing results where relevant to nutrition
+ Supplement safety alongside medications

A PERSONALISED APPROACH
The emphasis is on supporting general health and nutritional wellbeing without positioning food or supplements as treatment for the autoimmune condition itself.

PRIVATE TESTING & SUPPLEMENTS
Where appropriate, private functional or nutritional testing may be discussed if it is relevant and likely to add useful information to your nutritional plan. Supplement recommendations may also be considered where there is a clear nutritional rationale, taking account of diet, health history, medications and other relevant factors. Neither testing nor supplements are presented as a way to diagnose or treat a medical condition.

WHEN MEDICAL INPUT IS IMPORTANT
New, persistent, severe or worsening symptoms may require medical assessment. Nutritional therapy works alongside appropriate medical care and does not replace diagnosis, monitoring or treatment from your GP, consultant or other healthcare professional.
