Do I need a GP referral to make an appointment with Nutrition for vitality?
No. Nutrition For Vitality is a private healthcare service so can be booked without a GP referral. GP’s may also refer to

Nutrition For Vitality, being CNHC registered, our services are recognised by the Department of Health but unfortunately are not funded via the NHS
 

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, cheque or bank transfer are all acceptable payment methods
 

Is it possible to purchase a package as a gift?
Absolutely, please contact us and we will be happy to assist
 

Can the packages be tailored to my specific needs?
Absolutely, the list of packages shown on our website are not exhaustive, if there is something else specific that you would like, please arrange a call to discuss
 

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, 24 hours’ notice must be given if you wish to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise 50% of the service fee will be payable.  Failure to attend an appointment without notice, will result in 100% of the fee being charged.
